Dr. Heather Davis is Board Certified in Critical Care, Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine. She is originally from O’Brien, CA and attended the University of Southern CA for her BS degree in Biology. She continued her education at the USC Keck School of Medicine where she also completed her Internal Medicine residency and specialty fellowship training. She has been practicing in this community since 2004 and has held many leadership roles in both the medical group and our local community hospitals. She remains committed each day to the Hospitalist Corporation’s Mission of providing excellent high quality, compassionate and efficient care to all of the patients the group serves.

Dr. Praveena Jeereddi is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. She is originally from Claremont, CA and attended the University of California, San Diego for her BA degree in Psychology. She received her medical education from American University of the Caribbean.  She completed her Internal Medicine residency at Catholic Medical Center of Brooklyn/Queens. She has been practicing in this community since 2001 as Hospitalist and currently as a SNFist to improve the continuum of care from the hospital. She has served many roles in the medical group, hospital and health plan.
